  • Create copies of the required documents and submit them. For arrests that occurred before July 2013, petitioners must fill out section 1 of the request form and submit it to the arresting agency. The agency will fill out section 2 and forward it to the prosecuting attorney’s office.

In contrast, petitioners must directly submit the request to the prosecuting attorney’s office if the arrest occurred on or after July 2013. If the request is approved, the prosecuting attorney will forward the form to the Georgis Crime Information Center (GCIC). The agency will expunge the record. How Do You Remove Muscogee County Arrest Records From the Internet?
